HOW IT WORKS:

• Select the amount you would like to donate.
• Include how you would like your card personalized in the notes section below. (For example, "In memory of Katie Jurek from The Schultz Family".)
• IMPORTANT!!! If buying more than one card be sure to specify in the notes. For example; Card 1: In Honor of Marit Mears from The Nelsons, Card 2: In Memory of Katie Jurek from The Nelsons, etc...
• If you'd prefer not to include a personalized note you are welcome to write a generic message like, "In honor of all who have been impacted by cancer. From, The Jones Family"
• All cards will be displayed at the stadium at the cancer game.
